Product
Hunan New Timehope Consctruction Machinery Co., Ltd. has three seriea of piling machinery with over 50 specification. Our company’s leading product, Hydraulic Pressure Static Pile Drvier, has full range from 60 to 1,200 tons of 14 models and over 45 specification, with two original technology patents. Consequently our customers could select the models from the range. Furthermore, we could provide special service at the buyer’s option. The pile driver could not only clamp the pile, but also topstroke pile or adopt the combination of the two above-metioned method at the same time. It is applicable for project construction of static pressure prefabrited square pile, pre-stressed high strength tubular pile and H shaped steel pile. We have produced and sold all pile driver over 400 units, and the product spreaded all over China, and also exported to abroad market of Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong etc., and won fame from the customers.
In the aspect of new pile driver development, we have developed new multi-purpose hydraulic pressure static pile driver which can satisfy the general project construction and also harbor, highway and bridge construction for the special purpose, basing on the experience and technology achievement accumulated more than ten years, and the combination of the domestic and international mechanical technology development of pile driver. Now we are researching and developing the new kind of compound hydraulic pressure static pile driver by drilling hole to take the core inside the holeof tubular pile and simultaneously exert pressure on the tubular pile. The product solves the technical difficulty that hydraulic pressure pile driver only being able to exert pressure on the middle and minor diameter pile below ￠600mm and weak penetrability, expands the scope of the use of hydraulic pressure static pile driver in the project construction.
The newly developed CFG seriea Hydraulic Foot-step Twist Drill and JBY series Hydraulic Foot-step Pile Driving Rig have obvious advantage than the traditional machine, it is the newest perfect replacer.
Construction
Hunan New Timehope Consctruction Machinery Co., Ltd has invested over RMB 8 millions to establish Hunan New Timehope Foundation Construction Co. Ltd. which has the capability to foundation construction. We are the first to promote the construction crafts of piling by Hydraulic Pressure Static Pile Drvier in Hunan province. We have got the great sucsess in the first project in Changsha – first and second terms of workshop construction in Zoomlion Heavy Technology Co., Ltd. Puyuan Quantang Industry Zone. At the same time, we have finished many foundation piling project for uptown and office building. Now we are doing promotiuon of Static Piling Crafts all over Hunan province.
